Fire and Evacuation Awareness - Healthcare sessions
Are designed for all general staff of a facility to provide an overview of the types of emergencies that may occur, the facilities emergency equipment and how it operates, including construction and compartment considerations and the required emergency procedures. It includes a tour of the facility, or parts of, discussion of the site specific emergency assets with practical application of extinguishers and identification of
the various reactions that may be displayed by patients, residents or visitors.
